Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Because your date, time, inventory, and installation services are reserved specifically for your celebration, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Yard Preparation & Ground Policy
Please water your yard for 30–40 minutes the night before or morning of your setup. If the ground is too hard to implant signs, we are unable to complete the display — no refund will be issued. Rebooking in this case will require a $30 fee.

You may request a cancellation or reschedule. Refunds will be handled according to the payment terms shown at booking.
⏰Less than 48 hours before installation
Payments are generally non-refundable because we have already reserved your inventory, route, and installation time.
🌧️Weather
If severe weather or unsafe conditions prevent us from safely installing your yard greeting, we will work with you to reschedule or provide an appropriate refund or credit.

We understand that unexpected situations happen. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to work with you.
